Welcome to Day 4 of our Intermediate Meditation Retreat: "Awaken the Inner Silence"

Today's Focus: Exploring and releasing emotional tension through the body.

Today we turn inward to gently scan the body — tuning into where emotions may reside. Using the breath as a bridge, we bring compassionate awareness to any sensations of heaviness, tightness, or stored feelings.

Rather than analyzing or judging what we feel, we allow presence to do the healing. As you breathe into each area, imagine softening the space, letting the emotion be seen and then gently released.

This practice offers emotional clarity, physical lightness, and a deep sense of being held by your own attention.
