Today's Focus: Grounding through progressive relaxation and full-body awareness.

This 15-minute session uses forest ambience and a subtle OM undertone to guide you into a deep state of calm. We begin by settling the body, then scan it with conscious awareness, and finally sit in silence—anchored in presence.
