Day 2 – Breath as the Bridge

Welcome to Day 2 of our Intermediate Meditation Retreat: "Awaken the Inner Silence"

Today's Focus: Using breath as a conscious bridge between body and mind.

This session introduces alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) and box breathing to stabilize the nervous system and foster deep calm. You'll feel your breath align your internal rhythms with nature itself, supported by pine forest wind and soft flute in the background.

Find a quiet space, sit comfortably, and allow each breath to become your guide inward.
